Miscellaneous Graphic Design

Here's where you can find smaller projects and illustrations that were made as part of a whole, rather than one project in its entirety. Pardon the lack of focus on this page, as I wouldn't say I have any "specialties" with regards to graphic design; everything here came about by necessity as a result of working on bigger projects!

Business Card

Here's a business card I made for myself! Though, to be honest, it's not made for actual, real-life interactions, but rather, it's a small piece of a much larger illustration (that you can find over on the "Illustrations" page of this website!).

Also included is the "prototype" business card I ended up discarding. It was more conventional, but ultimately felt too self-deprecating and uninspired, so I dumped it. I've included it here because at least one part of it survived! (viewable below in  the "Various Logos/Icons" section below)

Website Backgrounds

I've also made a few backgrounds for this very website! In fact, every background (that's not a flat color) was made by me!

Various Logos/Icons

Here, we have two icons I've made for different purposes!

First, a simple "Maz Co." logo I created for simple stamping on an old, outdated business card (viewable above, in the "Business Card" section!) that I've repurposed as the logo for this very website!

Second, a filing cabinet logo I created to act as a YouTube channel icon for my streaming archive (more streaming related designs below, if you're interested!)

Emotes!

Here are some emotes of my own that I made for use in online chatrooms, such as Discord, and eventually (hopefully) my own Twitch chat! The challenge here was making expressive emotions that could easily be read despite likely being a very small size.

Livestream Specific Design

It's no secret that I stream on occasion (DON'T check me out at www.twitch.tv/mymazco! I'm not that great at it), and in an effort to give my streams a bit of production value, I've made a few assets / overlays for display.

Informative Overlays

*Now Playing: Song - Artist*
*Conversation Topic*

When working on art while on stream, I'll have music playing in the background. So in an effort to give credit where it's due, I made a small overlay that hugs the top of the stream, showing the currently playing Song Title and Artist to any viewers interested.

After making that, I had the idea to make another asset with the same theme, but instead of informing the viewers about a song, this one would inform them about any prolonged conversation topic, for use in podcasting, media discussions, etc.

Sticky Note Tiles!

I made these to decorate the otherwise blank description area of the webpage below my stream. Because my theme that I'm going for is that of a "business-casual startup company", I felt that some little post-it notes with small doodles on them were the best way to quickly and thematically present information relevant to my stream.

Stream Portraits!

I'll be honest, I'm not much of a "VTuber" kinda guy. While I see the appeal and what it can add to a stream, I prefer that my own streams be driven by just my voice and the viewer's imagination.

However, as you can see, I've got a little portrait here that I can use just in case! So far, I've largely just used it for collaborative streams, where it's useful for new viewers to know who's speaking.

As a bonus, I've included some alternates I've used for special occasions, like birthdays or goofball moments.
